Open “System Preferences” ->  “Java Control Panel” -> “General” ->  “Settings” -> “Delete Files”

Check “Trace and Log Files” and also “Cached Applications and Applets”

Click “OK”

Now your Java Cache will be cleared whch is stored in [ /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Oracle/Java ]
